摘要
以红参粉末为材料,用正交试验优化红参多糖的提取工艺。采用苯酚-硫酸法测定红参多糖的含量,单因素试验以超声功率、超声温度、料液比、超声时间为参考因素,研究其对红参多糖提取效果的影响,并采用正交法进行优化,确定红参多糖的最佳超声提取工艺。红参多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:超声功率100 W、超声提取温度50℃、料液比1∶25(g/m L)、超声作用时间50 min。红参多糖平均提取率为53.98%,RSD值为0.52%。
To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from red ginseng by orthogonal test.The content of red ginseng polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Single factor experiment with ultrasonic power,ultrasonic temperature,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time for the reference factors,were studied to verify the extraction effect of red ginseng polysaccharide.The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of red ginseng polysaccharides were optimized by the orthogonal test.The optimum conditions of red ginseng polysaccharides were as follows:ultrasonic power 100 W,ultrasonic temperature 50℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶25(g/mL),ultrasonic time 50 min.Under the optimal conditions,the extraction yield of polysaccharides was 53.98%and the RSD value was 0.52%.
