金银花不同部位营养成分分析 被引量:8

摘要 为分析金银花植物的营养特性,采摘金银花植物的花蕾、叶片、嫩茎和籽为原料,参照相关国家标准方法测定并比较其常量营养素、活性成分、矿物质、氨基酸含量。结果表明,金银花各部位均含有丰富的营养,并各有特色,花蕾含有最高的粗蛋白、粗多糖、绿原酸、异绿原酸A、铁、钾、磷、必需氨基酸和总氨基酸含量,次高的灰分、粗脂肪、VC、钠、铜含量,4部位中营养最为丰富;叶片中含有最高的灰分、木犀草苷、VC、黄酮、锌、铜、钙、锰、镁含量,次高的粗蛋白、绿原酸、异绿原酸A、多酚、铁、钾、必需氨基酸和总氨基酸含量,营养不逊色于花蕾;茎和籽的营养成分稍低,但茎含有最高的钠、次高的黄酮、锌、锰,并且绿原酸和木犀草苷的量达到国家药典对金银花的含量标准,籽含有丰富的粗脂肪,可作为野生植物油料。 To measuring and comparing the nutrients,bioactive substances,minerals and amino acids contents of the buds,leaves,stems and seeds of Lonicera japonica Thunb.coming from the homologous strain,with relevant national standard methods.The results showed that the Lonicera japonica Thunb.was rich in nutrients and had good characteristic in every parts.The most nutrient part was buds,and buds included the highest crude protein,crude polysaccharide,chlorogenic acid,ioschlorogenic acid A,iron,potassium,phosphorus,essential amino acid and total amino acid contents,the second-highest contents of the ash,crude fat,VC,sodium,copper.The leaves also had abundant nutrients,and the contents of the galuteolin,VC,flavonoids,zinc,copper,calcium,manganese and magnesium were the highest in the leaves.In addition,the contents of crude protein,chlorogenic acid,ioschlorogenic acid A,polyphenols,iron,potassium,essential amino acids and total amino acids were the second.The nutrients of stem and seed was lower than the former,however the stems included the most sodium and the amounts of flavonoids,zinc and manganese were the second.The contents of chlorogenic acid and ioschlorogenic acid A reached the national pharmacopoeia levels of Lonicera japonica Thunb..The seeds included a large amount of crude fat,and it can be used as wild plant oil.
