摘要
益生菌凝结芽孢杆菌是近年来国内外学者的研究热点,不仅具有益生菌的调节肠道内菌群平衡、促进营养物质代谢和利用、提高免疫力等保健特性,更重要的是具有耐高温、耐酸和耐胆盐等高抗逆性特点。凝结芽孢杆菌作为新型微生态制剂,在畜牧业、水产养殖业、医药、保健和食品行业已广泛应用。主要对凝结芽孢杆菌概况、生物学特性、益生作用机理、安全性、微生态制剂及临床应用等方面研究进展进行概述。
Bacillus coagulans is one of the research hotspots at home and abroad nowadays.It not only has health care characteristic of probiotics which regulates balance of intestinal microbial,promote metabolism of nutrients and improve immunity,more importantly,it has excellent resistance to heat,acid and bile salt.These key properties suggest Bacillus coagulans has great potential in husbandry,aquaculture,healthcare medicine and food.This paper reviews the progress in the general situation,characteristics,probiotic mechanism,safety,microecologics and the clinical research of Bacillus coagulans.
