摘要
香菇多糖是一种天然的生物活性成分,具有调节免疫力、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等功能。综述香菇多糖提取技术的研究进展,阐述影响香菇多糖提取率的主要因素,并对其提取方法进行比较分析和展望,为香菇多糖研究与应用提供参考。
Lentinan is an important natural biological active ingredient.Lentinan have various functions,such as enhancing immune system,anti-virus,anti-neoplastic,and so on.This paper reviewed advance of extraction,and also elaborated main influencing factors of the lentinan extraction rate.And the extraction techniques have been analyzed,compared and prospected.It provided reference for the research and application of lentinan.
