准东煤一维炉燃烧结渣特性试验 被引量:3

Experimental study on slagging characteristics of Zhundong coal burning on a one dimensional furnace

摘要 本文采用XRF检测仪、XRD衍射仪和FSEM-EDX分析仪对4种典型准东煤进行一维炉试验,研究硅碳化硅棒收集到的灰渣样的矿物相特征及化学组成。结果表明:高钠煤在高温区渣棒上的渣样表现为黑色熔融状实心球体或油膜,极难除去;低钠煤渣棒上则是通过熔融形成的多气泡渣样或疏松灰样,易于消除;高钠煤渣棒上渣样矿物组成包含钠长石和氯化钠等含钠矿物,而低钠煤则包含多莫来石晶体;高钠煤燃烧过程中的富钠组分的沉积是准东煤沾污结渣的主要诱因。 Four typical Zhundong coal were selected for burning experiment on a one-dimensional furnace.By using the X-ray fluorescence(XRF)analyzer,the X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyzer and the field emission scanning electron microscopy combined with X-ray spectrum analyzer(FSEM-EDX),this article analyzed the mineral and chemical composition of the Zhundong coal ash samples collected by silicon carbide sticks.The results show that,the high sodium coal was easy to form black molten solid sphere or film-like slag particles when burned in high temperature zone,which were extremely difficult to remove.While for the low sodium coal,multi-bubble-like slag or loose ash were formed,which were easy to be eliminated.Sodium feldspar and sodium chlorides were found in the residue samples burned by high sodium coal,and mullite crystals were observed in the low sodium coal ash.The morphology analysis further validated the ash mineral composition analysis,namely the sodium-rich components was a major cause of Zhundong coal slagging during combustion.
