摘要
为了分析准东高钠煤经过脱钠工艺处理以后的煤灰沾污性能,采用煤灰烧结强度、煤灰烧结比例以及200 kW沾污试验台对脱钠煤进行了相关试验研究。结果表明:高钠煤经过脱钠工艺处理以后,仅煤灰中的钠含量降低,其他煤质指标基本不变;准东脱钠煤的沾污性能较原煤有较大幅度降低,但仍属于严重沾污等级,这主要和本次准东高钠原煤煤灰成分中的CaO和MgO质量分数较高有关;对于本文准东脱钠煤,建议炉膛出口温度T_(FEGT)(折烟角尖端垂直方向)<960℃,或者将原煤中的钠脱至更低值。
In order to analyze the fouling characteristics of coal ash from Zhundong high-sodium coal after sodium removal process,related experiments are carried out on de-sodium coal using the coal ash sintering strength,the coal ash sintering ratio,and the 200 kW fouling test bench.The results show that,after sodium removal process of high-sodium coal,only the sodium content in the coal ash reduces and the other coal quality indicators are basically unchanged.The fouling performance of Zhundong de-sodium coal is significantly lower than that of the raw coal,but it is still a serious contamination grade.This is mainly related to the high content of CaO and MgO in the coal ash from Zhundong high-sodium coal.For Zhundong de-sodium coal in this study,it is recommended that the furnace exit gas temperature TFEGT(vertical direction of the tip of the smoke deflecting corner)be less than 960℃,or that the sodium in the raw coal be removed to a lower value.
