水力除渣煤粉锅炉炉内结渣诊断及燃烧优化 被引量:3

摘要 锅炉炉内结渣所带来的危害较大,如何准确获得炉内的结渣位置,对指导燃烧调整,减弱炉内结渣,避免锅炉掉大渣具有重要意义。通过在某热电厂水冷式除渣煤粉锅炉炉底捞渣机水池布置温度矩阵测点,连续监测低负荷运行下炉底捞渣机水池温度的变化,据此诊断煤粉锅炉炉内结渣情况。结果表明:大块渣落入冷渣池会引起捞渣池出水口水温跃升,随后缓慢下降,对应的距离渣块落入冷渣水的位置越近,该测点的平均温升及温升最大值就越大;对比前、后墙侧各测点温度的变化特征,能够反映落渣的位置,再结合吹灰器的投运可以确定落渣的大致高度;在明确落渣位置后,可通过优化锅炉的运行参数,以减少落渣量,避免炉内落大渣。 Slagging in boiler furnace can cause huge damages,and it is of great importance to precisely acquire the scaling-off location and the extent of slagging in the furnace to conduct combustion adjustment and avoid the dropping of bulk slag.In a pulverized coal-fired boiler with water-cooled slag removal,a temperature measuring point matrix was arranged in the slag extractor,and the temperature change of the cooling water was continuously monitored under low load conditions.On this basis,this article tried to diagnose the slagging situation inside the furnace.The results show that,the dropping of bulk slag from the furnace would cause the temperature at the slag pool outlet jumped up at first and then declined slowly.Meanwhile,the shorter the distance between the temperature measuring points and the scaling off location,the larger the average(maximum)temperature rise at this measuring point will be.The temperature variation at each measuring point at the front wall and back wall reflected the scalingoff locations.Furthermore,by putting the furnace soot blower into operation,the height of the slag dropping point can be determined.After the scaling-off locations were ascertained,the combustion parameters of the boiler were optimized to reduce the scaling-off and avoid the dropping of bulk slag.
