摘要
为讨论工程塑料蜂窝层板与蜂窝间声学介质的不同耦合方式对隔声量的影响,在Virtual Lab中建立三种耦合方式的塑料蜂窝层板模型,计算得到不同蜂窝结构和声学介质的隔声频率特性曲线。结果表明工程塑料中增加层板面板及蜂窝层厚度,可以使阻尼控制区向低频移动,蜂窝与声学介质的不同耦合方式,在结构特性阻抗与流体介质的声学特性阻抗比较接近时,耦合方式的不同会对工程蜂窝层板隔声量引起较大差异。充分考虑流体域介质和蜂窝层板的耦合关系,在工程预测塑料蜂窝层板隔声量时能起到一定的参考作用。
The sound transmission loss(TL)of honeycomb laminates with typical corrugated cores is analyzed by means of boundary elements method.Three different BE models,of which one is transparent cellular cavity elements and the other considers the structural-acoustic coupling between the core elements and the fluid inside the enclosed cavities are respectively created by LMS Virtual Lab.The results showed that the three kinds of honeycomb plate model in calculating the sound insulation quantity difference when the honeycomb plate depends on impedance laminates structure and the cavity acoustic medium impedance match.Therefore,engineering plastics honeycomb laminates structure of TL accurately predict institutions of the plate and cavity acoustic medium-acoustic coupling effect.
