一种智能立体旋转快递存取装置设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 目前快递行业快件派送主要为人工派送,由于收件人不能及时收取快件,导致投递效率低,快递公司成本上升、用户投诉多等问题。虽然市面上已有类似存取功能的快递柜,但存在空间利用率低,快件存储量少,效率低等不足,针对以上问题,提出了一种新型智能立体旋转快递存取装置。该装置主要包含机械系统、PLC控制系统及螺旋滑槽结构。机械系统通过伺服电机、减速器可实现储物格旋转功能,电动推杆可实现快件推出功能,PLC控制系统包括PLC、工控机、伺服电机控制器以及霍尔传感器等。PLC通过控制伺服电机与电动推杆协调动作,实现对应快件经螺旋滑槽机构准确可靠到达取件口。该装置工作安全可靠、空间利用率高、节能高效、方便实用,在快递行业中具有较高的推广应用价值。 Nowadays,delivery of express industry is the main for the artificial delivery,because the recipients can’t timely receive the express,resulting in delivery efficiency is low,the rising cost of express company and more complaints from customer.Although the market has similar access capabilities of the express cabinet,but there is a space utilization rate is low,less express storage,low efficiency,in view of the above problems,proposed a new intelligent three-dimensional rotating express access device.The device mainly includes mechanical system,control system and PLC spiral chute structure.By servo motor and a speed reducer,mechanical system can realize storage lattice rotation,the electric push rod can realize express launched function;PLC control system consists of PLC,IPC,servo motor controller and Hall sensor.PLC through control servo motor and electric push rod co-movement,to achieve the corresponding express by spiral chute mechanism is accurate and reliable arrived to take export.The utility model has the advantages of safety and reliable operation,high space utilization rate,energy saving,high efficiency,convenience and practicality,and has high popularization and application value in the express industry.
