整体式螺旋推进器数控加工方法研究

摘要 传统的螺旋推进器大部分采用焊接工艺来完成,螺旋叶片不仅受力不均匀而且与转轴的同轴度差,甚至会与机壳发生摩擦产生异响,影响电机、轴承以及螺旋叶片的使用寿命。对于特定的工况和比较精密的机械设备,焊接式螺旋推进器不能满足其使用要求。通过对整体式螺旋推进器数控加工进行深入研究,确保零件的加工精度,最终解决螺旋推进器工作发生异响及送料不均匀等问题,同时也为类似该几何特征零件的大导程矩形螺纹加工提供参考。 The traditional screw propeller is mainly made by welding process.The helical blades are not only subjected to uneven force and coaxiality with the shaft,but also may produce abnormal sound with the friction of the shell.This affects the service life of the motor,bearing and the spiral blade.For specific working conditions and more sophisticated mechanical equipment,the welding screw propeller can not meet the requirements of its use.Based on a thorough research on the integral propeller NC machining ensure parts machining accuracy.Finally,to solve the spiral propeller work abnormal sound occurrence and uneven feeding and other issues,but also provides reference for similar geometric features of a part of the large lead rectangular thread processing.
