摘要
冷焊是机械零件再制造的主要修复技术之一,但如今冷焊机操作仍为人工操作,速度缓慢且效率低下。提出一种机械装置来代替人工操作,焊枪主要工作部件由夹持装置和步进电机来实现操作,该装置利用滚珠丝杠来完成焊枪焊接的进给运动,由焊枪转动替代人工摆动,控制系统通过对步进电机转速和方向控制来优化焊机焊笔横向或纵向运动的同时实现旋转运动,进而模拟人工操作。该装置结构简单,易操作,提高了焊接效率。
Cold welding is one of the major repair technology of mechanical parts remanufacturing,but now the cold welding operation is still the manual operation,It is slow in speed and low in efficiency.It proposes a mechanical device to replace manual operation,The main working parts of the welding gun is consist of clamping device and step motors to realize its operation,Feed movement of the welding gun is done by the ball screw.Swing of welding gun by hand is replaced by turning.The speed and direction of step motor are controlled by the control system to optimize horizontal or vertical movement of the welding gun and to realize the rotary motion at the same time,thus simulating manual operation.The device is simple in structure and easy in operation,and the welding efficiency is improved.
