摘要
合理的轨迹规划方法可以提高航空发动机压气机叶片焊接的质量、速度和效率。针对损伤后压气机叶片结构复杂、焊接困难以及焊接精度高等问题,提出了一种基于B样条等弧长分割曲线的中线的焊接方法,并按照截面曲率对轨迹调整。通过计算机对所得的一系列坐标点进行逼近运算,最终得到航空发动机叶片的焊接路径。通过对得到的焊接路径进行误差分析,保证生成的焊接路径的精度。比较理论焊接路径与实际焊接路径,误差曲线显示出构建的实际焊接路径曲线最大误差不超过0.02mm,完全满足焊接路径工艺要求。
Reasonable method of trajectory planning can improve the quality,speed and efficiency of the welding of aero-engine compressor blades.For the compressor blade structural damage after welding is complex,difficult and high precision of welding,we present a welding method of B-Spline curve arc length segmentation based on centerline extraction,and we adjust the track according to the curvature of the section.Through the software of a series of coordinate points to approximate the operation,and finally get the aircraft engine blade welding path.We can make the error analysis of the welding path to ensure the accuracy of the welding path generated.Compared with the actual welding path,the error curve shows that the maximum error of the construction of the actual welding path curve is not more than 0.02mm.
