摘要 为评价煤矿采掘机械喷雾降尘效果,构建了喷雾降尘模糊评价数学模型。首先建立采掘机械喷雾降尘多层次评价因子,然后以"逻辑斯蒂"方程拟合得到了评价因子隶属度函数,同时构造评价论域隶属度函数用以模糊化评价矩阵,最后利用层次分析法确定评价因子的权重。将掘进机工作数据代入到模糊评价数学模型中,得出喷雾降尘评价结果。该结果与掘进机工作场所实测粉尘数据对比较吻合。依据评价结果分析了采掘机械喷雾降尘装置今后设计改进的方向。 To evaluate the effect of the dust suppression by spraying in coal mining machinery,it is established the mathematical model of fuzzy evaluation with mining machinery.First,a multi-level evaluation factors of spray dust are established,and then the membership functions of evaluation factors based on Logistic equations are set up,the membership functions of evaluation fields are used to fuzzed evaluation matrix,Finally,it is used the AHP method to determine the weighting.Put working data about tunneling machine into the fuzzy evaluation model,the evaluation result agree well with the measured data of dust.According to the evaluation results,the design and improvement direction of the dust extraction device for mining machinery is analyzed.
