摘要 通过对某重型变速器台架耐久试验主箱一挡齿轮失效问题的分析,查找变速器齿轮传动失效问题的原因;采用MASTA软件建立变速器齿轮仿真模型,并对模型进行分析计算,计算结果与齿轮失效现象相吻合;根据失效原因对齿轮参数进行优化设计,对优化后的一挡齿轮重新建模分析,分析结果表明优化后的齿轮参数满足设计要求;为验证优化后齿轮设计的有效性,重新进行台架试验,并通过了台架试验验证,为促进B_(10)150万公里重型变速器新产品的快速开发提供了强有力的设计支撑。 Based on the analysis of the 1stgear pair failure of the main gearbox in a heavy-duty transmission bench test,to find out the reasons for the failure of the gear transmission.The simulation model of transmission gears is established by MASTA software,and the model is analyzed and calculated.The results are consistent with the gear failure phenomenon.According to the failure reason,the optimization design of the gearparameters is carried out,and the optimized 1st gear pair is remodeled and analyzed.The analysis results show that the optimized gear parameters meet the design requirements.In order to verify the validity of the optimized gear design,the bench test was carried out again,and the verification passed.It provides a powerful design support for the rapid development of new B10150 kilometers heavy-duty transmission.
