含外导流筒换热器筒节结构失稳临界压力分析

摘要 采用规则设计及有限元非线性分析方法对外导流筒换热器筒节结构临界失稳压力进行设计分析,系统地讨论了不同结构参数L_1/D_i、D_i/t_1、t_2/D_i、ρ_t对筒节失稳临界压力P_(cr)的影响规律。研究结果表明,本筒节结构基于规则设计近似得出的P_(cr)值过低,结果具有较大的保守性;一定参数范围内P_(cr)随t_2/D_i增大,D_i/t_1减小及L_1/D_i减小而增大;布管率ρ_t在0.9附近,P_(cr)达到最大;通过析因分析得出影响P_(cr)各因素的权重度为D_i/t_1>L_1/D_i>ρ_t>t_2/D_i。结论为含外导流筒换热器筒节设计提供参考。 Conventional design and finite element nonlinear analysis methods are adopted to analyze the buckling critical pressure of shell ring structure for heat exchanger with external guide shell.The effect of different structure parameters L1/Di,Di/t1,t2/Di andρt on critical pressure is analyzed.The research results show that the approximate value of buckling critical pressure Pcr obtained from conventional design for the shell ring structure is too small,the result is more conservative.Within a certain range of parameters,Pcr increases with the increase of t2/Di and the decrease of Di/t1 and L1/Di,Pcr reaches the maximum when tube rateρt is near 0.9.According to factorial analysis,weight of each factor is Di/t1>L1/Di>ρt>t2/Di The research results provide reference for design of shell ring structure for heat exchanger with external guide shell.
