防护工程水帘柜消烟策略模拟研究

摘要 防护工程相对封闭,一旦发生火灾,高温烟气无法排出,严重危害工程内部人员安全,使用水帘柜可以有效消除工程内部火灾烟气。通过数值模拟方法研究不同消烟工况下工程内温度场和能见度分布,得出水帘柜消烟在工程内部的使用策略。研究表明:消烟风量越大,烟气沉降控制效果越好;但当消烟风量过大,会造成气流短路,影响水帘柜使用效果。当消烟风量一定时,消烟口个数少会导致明显的烟气层吸穿现象,但消烟口过多会导致消烟效率较低。当风量为17900 m^3/s,均匀布置3个消烟口时,水帘柜消烟净化效果最好。 As protective engineering is relatively closed,high temperature smoke cannot be discharged in the event of fire,which seriously endangers personnel safety.The use of the Water Spray Booth(WSB)can effectively eliminate smoke inside the project.The method of numerical simulation was used to study the temperature field and visibility distribution in different smoke elimination conditions to obtain the strategy of smoke elimination by the WBS in the project.The results show that the control effect of the smoke layer falling is better with the increasing wind amount,however,the airflow shortcircuit will appear when the wind amount is too large,which will affect elimination effect of the WSB.When the wind amount is certain,fewer smoke elimination vents will lead to smoke layer plugholing,conversely,low smoke efficiency.When the wind volume of the WSB is 17900 m^3/h with three smoke elimination vents arranged evenly,the smoke elimination efficiency is the best.
