抛光铝合金粉尘企业通风除尘系统的安全性研究

Safety Research on Ventilation Dust Removal System of Polished Aluminum Alloy Dust Factory

通过对浙江省某抛光铝合金粉尘企业通风除尘系统的调研和检测分析,发现该系统本身在设计、运行和维保等环节存在的安全隐患。最后还对上述安全隐患作了原因分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。希望企业和监管部门对照最新的法规标准要求,严格审查抛光铝合金粉尘企业已有通风除尘系统等防护设施的安全性,避免重特大事故的发生。

Through the research and test analysis of the ventilation dust removal system in a similar factory,it was found out that there are a lot of potential safety hazard in design,operation and maintenance.Finally,the cause analysis and corresponding solutions were put forward in this paper.In order to avoid large accidents from happening,the manager of factories and government should check up their ventilation dust removal system carefully through the latest laws and regulations standard requirement.
