某冷轧地下油库及风机房通风排烟设计浅析

摘要 介绍了某冷轧地下油库及风机房的通风、排烟设计计算方法,并对其通风排烟方案的选择确定进行了探讨。当地下油库和风机房毗邻设置时,可设置一套共用的机械排风系统,同时兼做排烟之用,但必须采取排烟防火阀、联锁控制等可靠的防火安全措施。如对乳化液油箱和管道进行适当的保温,既可降低通风机的功率损耗,也可减少乳化液的加热负荷,节能效果明显。 The design calculation method on ventilation and smoke extraction in underground storage and fan room for cold rolling mill was Introduced,and the design layout of ventilation and smoke extraction was discussed.One set of mechanical exhaust system can be shared by underground and fan room when they are adjoined,and it can also be set for smoke extraction when fire safety measures are took just as smoke relief valve,interlocking control system,etc.If the emulsion pipe and tank are insulated,both the fan power and heating load of emulsion can be diminished,the energy saving effect is remarkable.
