职业教育教师从“双师型”转向“双职型”探讨 被引量:2

摘要 党的十九大报告提出深化产教融合、校企合作的职教思想,为新时代职业教育发展指明了方向,为职业教育"双职型"教师培养提供了时代背景。"双职型"教师符合职业教育发展规律,体现了职业教育的本质特征、本质属性和根本要求,是对"双师型"教师的完善,有助于建立新时代中国特色职业教师培养模式,是对职业教育的理论探索,也是职业教育实践发展的迫切需要。 The 19th Communist Party of China National Congress Report has pointed out a vocational education idea of deepening the integration between industry and teaching and enlarging the cooperation between school and enterprise.This idea has indicated a clear direction for vocational education development in the new age,and has provided an era background for vocational education to foster“double-occupational”teachers.This trend,consistent with the law of developing vocational education,embodies the fundamental nature and requirement of vocational education,which helps improve the promotion of“teachers with double qualifications”and establish a cultivating mode with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is also a tentative theoretical exploration in vocational education as well as an urgent call for vocational education practice.
