摘要
如何借助金融力量实现碳减排目标,是经济绿色低碳发展过程中亟待解决的问题。基于2005—2015年我国省域面板数据,采用DEA-BBC与DEA-Malmquist模型,分别对金融助力减排效率动静态特征与空间分布特点进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)我国金融助力减排效率整体水平不高,多数省份效率值未达到最优,其中纯技术效率是影响金融助力减排静态效率的主要因素;(2)金融助力减排效率在空间上存在明显差异,已基本形成稳定的空间分布格局;(3)金融助力减排效率增长速度缓慢,技术进步是金融助力减排效率增长的主要动力;(4)Malmquist指数及其分解指标的空间分布具有"大杂居,小聚集"的特点,技术、管理、资源配置等均是影响不同省份效率动态变化的原因。
How to achieve the target of carbon emission reduction with the help of finance is a problem that must be considered during the development of a green low-carbon economy.Based on China′s provincial panel data from 2005 to 2015,the dynamic and static characteristics and spatial distribution characteristics of financial support for emission reduction efficiency is analyzed by adopting DEA-BBC and DEA-Malmquist models.The results show that:(1)The efficiency is low and most provinces didn′t reach the optimal value.Meanwhile,pure technical efficiency is the main factor affecting the static efficiency;(2)There are obvious differences in the efficiency in space,which has basically formed a stable spatial distribution;(3)The growth rate of the efficiency is slow,and technological progress is the main driving force for the growth of it;(4)The spatial distribution of Malmquist index and its decomposition indices have the characteristics of′large inhabitation and small aggregation′and technology,management and resource allocation are all factors that influence the dynamic change of efficiency in different provinces.
