摘要 针对现有电动汽车悬架性能较差的问题,根据某电动汽车整车参数,建立电动汽车双横臂独立悬架模型,基于此模型进行双轮同向跳动模拟仿真,最后根据仿真结果,利用ADAMS/Insight对悬架车轮定位参数进行分析,完成悬架结构的多目标优化。优化结果表明:前轮外倾角、前束角和侧倾中心高度等,通过优化均满足了设计要求;主销后倾角、主销后倾拖距、前轮轮距等其他参数在满足悬架设计取值范围的基础上,通过优化,变化范围进一步减小,提升了悬架性能。 In view of the problem of the existing electric vehicle suspension,a double wishbone independent suspension model of electric vehicle was established according to the parameters of an electric vehicle,taking the model as the basis,the double wheel travelling in the same direction test were carried out,finally,according to the simulation results,AD-AMS/Insight is used to analyze the suspension wheel alignment parameters,and the multiobjective optimization of the suspension structure is completed.The optimization results show that the front wheel camber angle,the toe angle and the roll center height are optimized to meet the design requirements.On the basis of meeting the suspension design scope,the range of the kingpin caster angle,kingpin caster pour drag,front wheel track and other parameters are reduced through the optimization,improving the suspension performance.
