随着我国经济的快速发展、教育改革的不断深入以及社会主要矛盾的转化,高校传统的经济困难学生资助工作模式已无法满足贫困学生的实际需求,高校资助工作供需两侧发生深刻转化:一方面是供给侧正面临着由保障型资助向发展型资助转变;另一方面需求侧呈现出多元化、高层次的需求发展态势。

With the rapid development of China's economy,the continuous deepening of educational re?form and the transformation of major social contradiction,the traditional financing mode for students in colleges and universities has been unable to meet the actual needs of these poor students.The supply and demand of college funding have undergone profound changes:the side of supply is facing a shift from security-oriented funding to development-oriented one,and the side of demand displays a diversified,high-level demand devel?opment trend.
