The Effects of Nano-Si and Nano-Fe_2O_3 on Central Nervous Behavior in Rats

摘要 目的:研究探讨纳米硅(nano-Si)及纳米三氧化二铁(nano-Fe_2O_3)对大鼠中枢神经行为的影响。方法:40只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(C组)、nano-Si低剂量组(SL组)、nano-Si高剂量组(SH组)、nano-Fe_2O_3低剂量组(FL组)和nano-Fe_2O_3高剂量组(FH)组,每组8只。采用灌胃方式给药4周,实验组给予纳米颗粒物与生理盐水悬浊液,对照组给予相应剂量生理盐水。给药量为低剂量组25 mg/kg、高剂量组100 mg/kg。通过旷场实验和Morris水迷宫实验检测大鼠的行为学和学习记忆功能。结果:在旷场实验中纳米颗粒高剂量实验组(SH、FH组)大鼠穿行格数、直立次数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。水迷宫实验,高剂量实验组(SH、FH组)大鼠在定位航行试验中逃避潜伏期明显长于同时期对照组(P<0.05),而空间探索实验中目的象限游泳时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一定剂量的纳米颗粒物可对神经系统造成损伤,影响大鼠的神经行为。 To investigate the effects of nano-Si and nano-Fe2O3on central nervous behavior in rats.Method:40Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:control group(C group),low and high dose of nano-Si groups(SL,SH group),low and high dose of nano-Fe2O3groups(FL,FH group),8rats in each group.The rats were exposed to nanometer particles through intragastric administration at25and100mg/kg body weight every day for4weeks.After exposure,the ability of learning and memory of rats were tested by Morris water maze and open field test.Result:Compared with the C group,the number of crossing and rearing decreased significantly in SH and FH group(P<0.05).In the space exploration experiment of Morris water maze test,the escape latency of SH and FH group were longer than those of C group(P<0.05).The rats of SH and FH groupspent less time in finding the target quadrant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nano-Si and nano-Fe2O3can cause damage in the nervous system of rats after exposure and affect on the nervous behavior.
