摘要 目的:研究并探讨维生素D水平与儿童湿疹的相关性,为临床防治儿童湿疹提供可靠的参考依据。方法:选取湿疹患儿100例为湿疹组,同期体检的1岁以上正常儿童200例为对照组。采集受检儿童的外周静脉血液检测维生素D水平,比较两组维生素D水平,分析维生素D水平与儿童湿疹的相关性,比较不同性别、不同季节湿疹儿童的维生素D水平。结果:湿疹组患儿维生素D_3水平低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组维生素D_2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经相关性分析,维生素D_3水平与儿童湿疹存在线性正相关(P<0.05),维生素D_2水平与儿童湿疹无线性相关性(P>0.05);男性湿疹儿童的维生素D_3水平高于女性儿童(P<0.05),但不同性别的维生素D_2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在不同季节方面,湿疹儿童在6-8月的维生素D_3水平均高于其他月份(P<0.05),而不同月份的维生素D_2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:维生素D水平与儿童湿疹密切相关,临床治疗儿童湿疹可采用维生素D补充治疗。 To study and explore the correlation between vitamin D level and eczemain children,and to provide a reliable reference for clinical prevention and treatment of eczema in children.Method:A total of100children with eczema were selected as eczema group,at the same time,200normalchildren over1year old who were examined were taken as control group.The levels of vitamin D in the peripheralvenous blood of the children were collected.The levels of vitamin D were compared between two groups,thecorrelation between the levels of vitamin D and eczema in children was analyzed,the levels of vitamin D of eczema children in difference sex and seasons were compared.Result:The level of vitamin D3in eczema group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05),while the level of vitamin D2in two groups were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there was a linear positive correlation between vitamin D3level and eczema in children(P<0.05),and a wireless correlation between vitamin D2level and eczema in children(P>0.05).The level of vitamin D3in male eczema children was higher than that of female children(P<0.05),and the level of vitamin D2in different sex was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In different seasons,the level of vitamin of children with eczema in June-August were higher than those of other months(P<0.05),while the level of vitamin D2in children with eczema in different seasons was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin D level is closely related to eczema in children,and vitamin D supplementation can be used in treatment of eczema in children.
