药品经营企业管理存在的问题及其质量管理体系完善措施分析

Problems Existing in Management of Drug Management Enterprises and Improvement Measures of Quality Management System

目的:探讨药品经营企业管理存在的问题,并对其质量管理体系完善措施进行分析。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月国内24家药品经营企业,另外选取管理前后药品经营企业销售药物的68名工作人员,分析企业存在问题并对其质量管理体系相关措施进行完善,对比药品经营企业管理质量、管理前后巩固走人员满意度调查及管理前后药物储备、盘点、运输、账目核对时间等。结果:加强管理后各阶段药品经营企业管理质量评分优于管理前(P<0.05);管理后企业工作人员对药品管理满意度调查明显优于管理前(P<0.05);管理后药物储备、盘点、运输、账目核对时间均低于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:针对国药品经营企业管理存在的问题进行系统性分析,并依照现状对其质量管理体系进行完善,从根本上提高管理质量及工作人员满意度,缩短药物储备、盘点、运输、账目核对时间,为实施药品管理提供一定参考内容。

To explore the problems existing in the management of pharmaceutical enterprises and analyze the measures to improve the quality management system.Method:From May2016to May2017,24pharmaceutical enterprises in China were selected,and68staff members were selected to analyze the existing problems and improve the quality management system.The management quality of pharmaceutical enterprises was compared with that of the staff before and after management.Drug inventory,inventory,transportation and account checking time before and after management were compared.Result:The scores of management quality of drug dealers in different stages after strengthening management were better than those before management(P<0.05),and the survey of satisfaction of drug managers after management was better than that before management(P<0.05),and the time of drug reserve,inventory,transportation and account checking after management was lower than that before management(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic analysis is made on the problems existing in the management of pharmaceutical enterprises in China,and the quality management system is perfected according to the current situation,which can fundamentally improve the management quality and staff satisfaction,shorten the time of drug reserve,inventory,transportation and account checking,and provide certain reference for the implementation of drug management
