摘要 脑卒中是人类十大疾病之一,严重威胁着人类的生存质量,常伴有执行功能障碍。目前,康复训练是缓解卒中患者功能障碍的唯一方法。但传统康复疗法只关注单一的功能训练,不同程度地限制了患者的功能独立,患者出院后不能适应真实的家庭生活。双重任务训练疗法,对患者同步实施运动与认知任务训练,对执行功能改善效果较好,帮助患者更大程度地融入家庭、社区生活,可弥补现有疗法的不足,本文对应用DTI对双任务疗法改善患者执行功能的临床应用做一概述,但其神经机制尚无统一定论。 Stroke is one of the top ten diseases of mankind,which seriously threatens the quality of human life and often accompanied by functional dysfunction.At present,rehabilitation training is the only way to relieve the dysfunction of stroke patients.However,traditional rehabilitation therapy focuses on single functional training,which limits patients'functional independence.Patients cannot adapt to real family life after discharge.Dual-task training therapy for patients with synchronous implementation of exercise and cognitive tasks training,improve the effect on executive function better,help patients more integrated into the family and community life and make up for the inadequacy of existing therapies.This article summarizes the clinical application of DTI in improving the executive function of patients with dual-task therapy,but there is no unified conclusion on its neural mechanism
