灰色区域PSA值伴有肾功能不全患者磁共振诊断前列腺癌的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨灰色区域PSA值伴有肾功能不全患者磁共振诊断前列腺癌的价值。方法:选择2013年6月-2017年6月在济南市第五人民医院就诊的前列腺癌患者48例作为观察组,选择同期治疗的前列腺增生患者60例作为对照组,回顾性分析两组患者穿刺前磁共振结果,两组患均者存在肾功能不全,无法行动态磁共振扫描。结果:当采用较低b值重建后ADC图示各界限显示较模糊,不能很好区分组织界限;b值为800 s/mm^2,前列腺癌组织信号强度明显增强,解剖结构显示清晰,癌灶在ADC图像为低信号。观察组与对照组DWI信号强度、ADC值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组,磁共振有45例诊断为前列腺癌,3例诊断为前列腺增生,诊断符合率93.75%。结论:采用磁共振弥散加权像分析灰色区域PSA值伴有肾功能不全患者前列腺组织,对诊断前列腺癌准确性较高,可以为后续诊断、治疗提供很大帮助。 To study the value of magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of prostate cancer with PSA value of gray area and renal insufficiency.Method:A total of48patients with prostate cancer who treated in the Fifth People’s Hospital of Ji’nan from June2013to June2017were selected as the observation group.60cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia treated at the same time were selected as the control group.A retrospective analysis of the results of two groups of patients with pre-puncture magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).The two groups of patients had renal insufficiency and no action state magnetic resonance scanning.Result:When the lower b value was rebuilt,the ADC graph showed that the boundaries were blurred,and the organizational boundaries can not be distinguished.When b value was800s/mm2,the signal intensity of the prostate cancer tissue was obviously enhanced,the anatomical structure was clear,and the tumor was low in the ADC image.There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the intensity of DWI signal and the value of ADC(P<0.05).In the observation group,45cases were diagnosed as prostate cancer and3cases were diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia,the diagnostic coincidence rate was93.75%.Conclusion:Magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging is used to analyze prostate tissue of patient with PSA value of gray are and renal insufficiency.It has a high accuracy in diagnosing prostate cancer,which can provide great help for subsequent diagnosis and treatment.
