摘要
[目的/意义]新中国成立至今,中国外交已经经历了"生存与革命外交"和"发展外交"两个发展阶段,目前进入了第3个阶段——"中国特色大国外交"阶段。与前两个发展阶段相比,中国特色大国外交更加注重发挥智库的作用。本文旨在研究中国特色新型智库与中国特色大国外交之间的关系。[方法 /过程]本文结合智库发展的实践经验,通过智库学者的实地调研,并结合以往的研究成果和文献资料,剖析中国特色新型智库与中国特色大国外交之间的紧密关联,希望能够为中国新型智库建设提供宝贵经验。[结果 /结论 ]本文指出,中国特色新型智库应围绕"资政""启民""伐谋""育才"4个主要职能服务于中国特色大国外交,为发展中国特色大国外交提供理论基础与战略咨询。
[Purpose/significance]Since the establishment of the People’s Republic of China,diplomacy ofthe PRC has experienced the stage of“the diplomacy for survival and revolution”and that of“the diplomacy fordevelopment.”At this point,Chinese diplomacy has entered the third stage:the major country diplomacy withChinese characteristics.Compared to the former two stages,the current one needs more assistance from thinktanks.[Method/process]This paper explores the practical experience of the development of think tanks,utilizesthe results of field works,and cites previous journals and articles,and then,analyzes the close relationship betweenthe new form of think tanks with Chinese characteristics and the concept of the major country diplomacywith Chinese characteristics to provide valuable experience for the construction of new think tanks in China.[Result/conclusion]This paper intends to argue that new form of think tank with Chinese characteristics shouldserve the major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics from four main aspects:political consultation,public education,strategy analysis,and professional training,providing with theoretical foundation and strategicconsultation for the realization of this new strategic concept.
