产科出血性休克的临床原因及治疗方法分析

Clinical causes and treatment of obstetric hemorrhagic shock

目的对产科出血性休克的临床原因以及临床治疗方法进行分析。方法在本次研究中随机选取我院收治的65例出血性休克患者作为研究对象,对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并根据患者的病情制定对应的临床治疗方法。结果在本次研究中,整体治疗效果满意度较高。结论在治疗过程中需要对患者的体质量进行控制以及开展止血等治疗内容,通过这些治疗措施能够有效降低产科出血性休克患者的死亡率。

Objective To analyze the clinical causes and treatment of obstetric hemorrhagic shock.Methods In this study,65 cases of hemorrhagic shock treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.The clinical data of these patients were analyzed retrospectively,and the corresponding clinical treatment methods were made according to the patient's condition.Results In this study,the overall treatment effect satisfaction was higher.Conclusion In the course of treatment,it is necessary to control the body mass of the patients and to carry out the treatment of hemostasis,which can effectively reduce the mortality of the patients with obstetric hemorrhagic shock.
