模板法丙烯腈阴离子聚合副反应的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究模板法丙烯腈(AN)阴离子聚合副反应的影响因素。分别采用两种模板法AN聚合工艺:(1)单体AN先模板化,然后进行阴离子聚合(ANMAP);(2)先将引发剂进行模板化,然后进行AN阴离子聚合(ANSAP)。研究这两种聚合工艺条件、模板种类、反应温度、模板化和附载时间、模板化和载体化溶液浓度等聚合因素对副反应的影响。采用红外光谱检测合成聚丙烯腈(PAN)试样中副反应产物指数。结果表明,ANSAP具有较好的副反应控制效应。而ANMAP聚合采用在室温下两天以上的模板化时间,单体模化溶液浓度为1∶1(体积比)条件下,可获得含有较低的副反应产物成分和较高立构规整性的PAN。 The influencing factors of side reaction of the anionic polymerization of acrylonitrile(AN)by templating method were studied.Using two matrix anionic polymerization of AN:①AN template,and then anionic polymerization(ANMAP);②The initiator was templated first,followed by anionic polymerization of AN(ANSAP).The effects of polymerization conditions such as methods,template types,reaction temperature,reaction time and solution concentration of the template and the support on side reaction were investigated.Side products on polyacrylonitrile(PAN)was synthesized by infrared spectroscopy.Results showed that ANMAP has better control effect.And ANMAP polymerization was carried out at a room temperature of more than two days of template time,monomer solution concentration of 1∶1(volume ratio)conditions,can be obtained with lower side reaction product components and higher stereoregularity of the PAN.
