摘要
介绍了一种K波段频率源的设计方法。本文采用LMX2594数字锁相环芯片,并用C8051F330单片机对锁相环芯片进行操作,然后再倍频的方法实现了实现了该K波段频率源的设计。该频率源具有频率稳定度高,相位噪声低,杂散低等优点。测试结果表明该频率源的相位噪声为-90dBc@1kHz,-98dBc@10kHz;输出功率大于10dBm,可以满足系统的各项要求。
A design method of the K-band frequency source is introduced in this paper.The chip of LMX2594 Digital PLL is used in this paper,C8051F330MCU is used to do operation in the PLL chip,and then multipliers it to achieve the K-band frequency source,which has lots of characteristics,such as high frequency stability,low phase noise and low spurs.The test results show that:the phase noise of the frequency source is-90dBc@1kHz,-98dBc@10kHz;the power level of the output greater than 10dBm,which can meet the requirements of the system.
