市区(县)两级广播电视互联互通监测调度系统建设的探索和实践

Exploration of Two-level Broadcasting Monitoring and Dispatching System

本文提出了市区(县)两级携手加强全市广播电视综合监测监管能力的新思路、新办法。主要有两个方面:一是按照属地管理的原则,帮助区(县)文化委具备一定的监测能力;二是完成市区(县)(县)两级的互联互通,实现监测数据共享和指挥调度功能。

This paper puts forward a new idea and a new method to strengthen the comprehensive monitoring and supervision of radio and television in the city.There are two main aspects:first,according to the principle of territorial management,the district(county)cultural committee need a certain monitoring capability;Second,city and urban(county)are connected together to realize data sharing,command and dispatch functions.
