摘要 针对桥梁钢力学性能波动大的现状,利用六西格玛管理工具,结合生产工艺流程及CE矩阵、过程失效模式及后果分析,通过理论分析及回归分析,确定C含量、Mn含量、加热温度、ACC终冷温度4个因子对产品性能有显著影响。调整现场参数后,桥梁钢产品一次性能合格率由此前的93%提升至97%,同时屈服强度与抗拉强度及其稳定性明显提升,波动范围均<5%。 Pointing at current situation of large fluctuation in mechanical properties of bridge steel,using six Sigma management tools,combined with production process flow and CE matrix,process failure mode and consequence analysis,through theoretical analysis and regression analysis,it is clear that the content of C and Mn,heating temperature and the ACC final cooling temperature have the significant effects on the properties of the product.After adjusting the site parameters,the first pass rate of the properties of bridge steel products was raised to 97%from 93%.At the same time,the yield strength,tensile strength and their stability are obviously improved and the range of fluctuation was less than 5%.
