摘要
连铸机浸入式水口自动变渣线的技术,是通过自动调节水口渣线部位,严格控制水口在结晶器内局部浸蚀的时间,按时间段对水口渣线部位置进行自动调节。解决了现有技术中因采用人工方式进行变渣线操作不能准确的对浸入式水口进行精确控制操作,使得浸入式水口在结晶器内局部被过度侵蚀穿孔,导致连铸机液面不稳定的弊端并严重影响浸入式水口的使用寿命的问题。
Submerged nozzle automatic slag changing line technology for continuous caster can strictly control the etching time of nozzle in crystallizer through automatically adjusting the position of slag line according to different time periods.The problem about accuracy control operation of submerged nozzle under the changing condition of slag line was solved,the problem seriously influencing the service life of submerged nozzle because of unstable liquid level of continuous caster caused by the excessive erosion and perforation of submerged nozzle in the crystallizer was also solved.
