沙枣花及沙枣叶挥发性成分的对比研究 被引量:7

摘要 以新鲜沙枣花沙枣叶为原料,通过水蒸气蒸馏方法,提取沙枣花和叶的挥发性成分。采用顶空固相微萃(HS-SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS),对沙枣花及沙枣叶中挥发性成分进行鉴定分析。在沙枣花、沙枣叶中分别鉴定出71种和83种挥发性物质,共有成分23种。沙枣花及叶中的主要挥发性物质为酯类,其中肉桂酸乙酯为共有的相对含量最高的挥发性物质。2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、(E)-2-己烯醛、壬醛等在沙枣叶中相对含量较高。 The flower and the leaves of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.were used as raw materials,the volatile components were extracted by steam distillation method.The volatile components of the fl ower and the leaves of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.were identifi ed by headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).71 and 83 kinds of substances were identifi ed in the fl ower and the leaves of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.,respectively,and 23 kinds of components were common.The main volatile substances of the fl ower and the leaves of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.were ester,in which the Ethyl(Z)-cinnamate was the predominantly volatile substances.2,6-bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)-4-methyl-phenol,(E)-2-Hexenal,nonanal had higher contents in the leaves of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.
