摘要
通过单因素试验和响应面试验优化超声波辅助提取金刺梨皮原花青素的提取工艺参数。结果表明,超声温度对金刺梨皮原花青素提取率的影响最大,其次是料液比和乙醇体积分数,超声时间对提取率的影响极小。在超声温度68℃、料液比1∶63(g/m L)、乙醇体积分数49%、超声时间15 min的条件下平行提取2次,金刺梨皮原花青素提取率为15.00%,与模型理论预测值相近,所得金刺梨皮原花青素粗提取物对DPPH·的IC50为4.0 mg/L。
Single factor and response surface methodology(RSM)were adopted to optimize the parameters for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of proanthocyanidins from Rosa sterilis skins.The results showed that ultrasonic treatment temperature had the most significant impact on the extraction yield of proanthocyanidins,followed by solid-liquid ratio and ethanol volume concentration,while the impact of ultrasonic treatment time was relatively low.When twice extractions were carried out at ultrasonic treatment temperature of 68℃,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶63(g/mL),ethanol volume concentration of 49%,and ultrasonic treatment of 15 min,the maximum yield of proanthocyanidins from Rosa sterilis skins was 15.00%,which was close to the model-predictive value.In DPPH?scavenging assays,the IC50 of proanthocyanidins from Rosa sterilis skins was 4.0 mg/L.
