联合站在整个油气生产与输送过程中起着承上启下的作用,是油田单位不可缺少的一部分,联合站一旦出现安全问题,将直接影响油气质量和生产进度。针对联合站的安全问题,对联合站生产中的六个重要环节进行系统分析,查找六个环节中存在的危险因素,从安全运行和安全管理两个角度出发,分别提出多项解决措施,为联合站的安全生产提供建议。研究表明:尽管威胁联合站的安全因素较多,但只要采取有效措施,完全可以将联合站的事故率降至最低,从而保障油气生产的顺利进行。

Jointly standing in the entire process of oil and gas production and transportation,it plays an important role and is an indispensable part of oilfield units.Once a joint station has security problems,it will directly affect oil and gas quality and production progress.In view of the security issues of the joint station,a systematic analysis of the six important links in the joint station’s production was conducted to find the risk factors existing in the six links.From the two perspectives of safe operation and safety management,several solutions were proposed.Joint station safety production advice.The research shows that although there are many security threats to the joint station,as long as effective measures are taken,the accident rate of the joint station can be minimized,thus ensuring the smooth progress of oil and gas production.
