摘要
公司现有年产5万t合成氨生产装置,一氧化碳变换单元系统采用高温变换串联低温变换的形式。装置于2017年10月检修期间更换了低温变换器的催化剂,根据分公司降本增效的要求,本次低变装填的催化剂有三种型号,其中一部分是公司材料库存放的剩料。主要阐述了低变催化剂还原升温的要点和注意事项。
The company currently has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of synthetic ammonia production equipment.The carbon monoxide conversion unit system adopts the form of high-temperature conversion series low-temperature conversion.During the overhaul of the equipment in October 2017,the plant replaced the catalyst for the low temperature converter.According to the requirements for reducing costs and increasing efficiency of the subsidiary,there are three models of the low-loading catalyst,one of which is the leftover material of the company’s material stock.The article mainly elaborated the points and matters needing attention for the reduction of the temperature of the low-temperature catalyst.
