摘要 目的 :通过对工作场所空气中乙酸气相色谱测定方法开展研究,为今后广大同行开展工作提供一定参考。方法 :本次研究中乙酸采集与解吸上分别使用200mg/100mg溶剂解吸型硅胶管、丙酮,之后通过FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离,FID检测器开展工作场所中乙酸气相色谱测定。结果 :通过采取上述方法对工作场所空气中乙酸开展气相色谱测定,不但可以获得较好的分离效果,同时其平均解吸效率也较高,并且重现性较优(乙酸相对标准偏差是0.9%-1.7%)。结论 :通过本次研究来看,在工作场所空气中乙酸气相色谱测定上采用此方法能够实现同时测定,并且在分离效率、平均解吸效率以及重现等方面均取得很好的效果,故值得广大同仁在今后工作中参考。 Objective:To develop a method for the determination of acetic acid in the air in the workplace.Methods:In this study,200 mg/100 mg solvent-desorption silicone tube and acetone were used for acetic acid collection and desorption,respectively,and then separated by FFAP capillary column.The FID detector was used to determine acetic acid gas chromatography in the workplace.Results:Gas chromatographic determination of acetic acid in the air of the workplace was carried out by the above method,which not only obtained better separation effect,but also had higher average desorption efficiency and better reproducibility(relative standard deviation of acetic acid was 0.9%each).-1.7%).Conclusion:According to the author's current study,this method can achieve simultaneous determination of acetic acid in gas chromatograms in the workplace,and has achieved good results in terms of separation efficiency,average desorption efficiency,and reproducibility.The majority of my colleagues will refer to them for their future work.
