纳米二氧化钛/壳聚糖水凝胶的制备及对酸性红73的吸附 被引量:2

摘要 壳聚糖具有吸附性,能够对多种重金属离子以及染料进行有效吸附。以戊二醛作为反应交联剂,对聚乙烯醇和壳聚糖进行交联,可得到具有孔隙结构的吸附效率更高的材料。纳米二氧化钛(Ti O_2)具有光催化特性,能够对有机污染物进行有效分解。通过超声分散,制备得到纳米Ti O_2/壳聚糖水凝胶薄膜,并对薄膜进行表征,重点研究了其对有机染料酸性红73的吸附行为。结果表明,该水凝胶薄膜具有多孔性三维网状的微观结构,对酸性红73染料具有良好的吸附性。 Chitosan has the ability to adsorb and adsorb heavy metal ions and dyes effectively.Using glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent,crosslinking of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan can obtain materials with higher pore structure and higher adsorption efficiency.Nano titanium dioxide(TiO2)has photocatalytic properties and can effectively decompose organic pollutants.Nano TiO2/chitosan hydrogel film was prepared by ultrasonic dispersion,and the film was characterized.The adsorption behavior of the organic dye acid red 73 was studied.The results show that the hydrogel film has porous 3-dimensional meshed microstructure and has good adsorption properties for acid red 73 dye.
