车辆夏季露天停放时对车内试管中乙醇浓度的影响

摘要 因夏天暴晒1h的密封车内温度与《GA/T842 2009血液酒精含量的检验方法》中顶空平衡的温度相近,模拟暴晒1h的密封车内温度是否会对试管内溶液的乙醇浓度产生影响。经过长短试管、阶梯温度、水溶液及血液等条件变化进行实验,证明上述提及的温度条件并未产生足以干扰准确度的影响。 This article simulates the temperature inside a sealed car for one hour due to the temperature of sealed car in one hour of summer exposure[1]and the temperature of headspace balance in“GA/T842 2009 Test Method for Blood Alcohol Content”[2].It will affect the concentration of ethanol in the test solution.Experiments were conducted after changing the conditions of the test tubes,the step temperature,the aqueous solution,and the blood,to prove that the above mentioned temperature conditions did not produce enough influence to interfere with the accuracy.
