With the development of China’s social economy,the development speed of the chemical industry is also accelerating.However,due to the special nature of chemical equipment materials,the quality and service life of chemical equipment are seriously affected due to operational failures and inadequate maintenance methods.However,the current preventive maintenance measures for chemical equipment in China are limited by various conditions and cannot fully solve the equipment problem.This article analyzes the common technical problems of maintenance of chemical equipment,and proposes some effective solutions to the problems.It provides practical and effective help for the safe operation of chemical equipment.
