果香韵和花香韵在男士馥奇香型香水香精仿配中的应用

Application of Fruity Note and Floral Note in The Imitation of A Men's Fougere Fragrance Essence

通过研究一款男士馥奇香型香水,利用气象色谱-质谱联用技术(GC—MS)和感官评定对香水样品进行分析,确定了该香水香精的香韵组成及香气特征,并在此基础上拟定了配方进行了仿配。在仿配的过程中重点分析了果香韵和花香韵对于仿配香精香气的影响,通过实验不断修正配方中果香韵和花香韵的香原料种类和用量,最终得到较优化的香精配方以及仿样。在最终的配方中果香韵原料共用了5种,占配方2.5%;花香韵原料共用了18种,占配方17.6%。

Based on a men’s fougere fragrance,confirming the notes composition and characteristic aroma by a combinatorial method of GC-MS analysis and smelling-strip evaluation.And designed a prescription to imitate.In the process of imitation,the effect of fruity note and floral note on the aroma of imitating essence was emphatically analyzed.Through the experiment,the variety and dosage of the aroma ingredients in the formula were revised and the optimized flavor formula and imitation were finally obtained.In the final formula,the fruity note made up of five kinds of aromatic materials accounts for 2.5%,and the floral note made up of eighteen kinds of aromatic materials accounts for 17.6%.
