摘要
针对食品工程高新技术的应用,做了简单的论述。在乳品工业中,应用微胶囊技术、膜分离技术和生物技术等高新技术,能够提升食品的质量,保证乳品安全。不过从技术应用实际来说,此类技术还存在着一定的弊端,需要强化技术研究,提升食品技术水平,进而推动乳品工业发展。
A simple discussion was made on the application of high-tech food engineering.In the dairy industry,high-tech technologies such as micro-encapsulation technology,membrane separation technology,and biotechnology can improve the quality of foods and ensure the safety of dairy products.However,from the actual application of technology,this type of technology still has certain drawbacks.It needs to strengthen technical research,improve the level of food technology,and thus promote the development of the dairy industry.
