摘要
我国电力行业中火力发电为其重要组成之一,而火力发电厂的重要组成是锅炉。有了长期高负荷运行的锅炉,火电厂的供电能力才能够稳定持续的输出。由于锅炉的负荷量大,高温、腐蚀等一系列因素导致受热面爆管的现象发生,直接影响火电厂的安全运行和经济效益。
Thermal power generation in China’s power industry is one of its important components.The main component of a thermal power plant is a boiler.With long-term high-load boilers,the power plant’s power supply capacity can be stable and continuous output.Due to the large boiler load,high temperature,corrosion and other factors lead to the phenomenon of explosion of the heat surface,directly affecting the safety operation and economic efficiency of thermal power plants.
