摘要 在燃油锅炉实际运行中,油喷嘴良好的的雾化效果尤为重要。基于此,以喷嘴雾化特性试验为依据,对燃油锅炉油喷嘴的雾化效果及影响参数进行了分析,并从压差调节器的加装、喷油嘴数量及材质调整、燃油及蒸汽进入方式的改变、油孔与汽孔垂直喷嘴的采用、不同厚度垫片的采用、燃油温度的控制等方面探析了燃油锅炉油喷嘴雾化效果的改进措施。 In the actual operation of the oil fired boiler,the good atomization effect of the oil nozzle is particularly important.Based on this,based on the test of atomizing characteristics of the nozzle,the atomization effect and the influence parameters of the fuel injector of the fuel boiler are analyzed,and the application of the pressure difference regulator,the number of nozzle and the material adjustment,the change of the fuel and steam entry mode,the adoption of the vertical nozzle of the oil hole and the vapour hole,the mining of the different thickness gaskets.Improvement measures for atomization effect of oil nozzle of oil fired boiler are discussed in terms of utilization and control of fuel temperature.
