摘要 当前我国电石生产规模逐步扩大,但与此同时也带来了极大的污染与能耗,不利于实现可持续发展目标。作为全球最大电石生产国之一,应该高度重视对节能降耗技术的应用,通过采取有效措施促使电石生产能耗下降,效益增加,这样才能实现绿色生产的目标,让整个电石生产更加顺利与高效进行,也为推动电石行业的发展奠定良好的基础。简述了电石生产技术,并介绍了节能降耗技术在电石生产中的应用。 At present,the scale of calcium carbide production in China has gradually expanded,but at the same time,it has also brought great pollution and energy consumption,which is not conducive to achieving sustainable development goals.As one of the largest calcium carbide producers in the world,we should attach great importance to the application of energy saving and consumption reduction technology.By taking effective measures to reduce the energy consumption and increase the efficiency of calcium carbide production,we can achieve the goal of green production,make the whole calcium carbide production more smooth and efficient,and promote the development of the calcium carbide industry.Lay a good foundation.This article briefly describes the production technology of calcium carbide,and introduces the application of energy saving and consumption reduction technology in calcium carbide production.
