摘要
针对含阿魏酸药物制剂含量及质量表征进行分析,探讨了阿魏酸药物制剂的特点,研究了阿魏酸在药物制剂中含量的影响因素,包括品种和产品因素、原材料组合方式、提起方式等。最后总结了含阿魏酸药物制剂含量分析及质量表征,包括薄层扫描法、高效液相色谱法、高效毛细管电泳。
The content analysis and quality characterization of ferulic acid-containing pharmaceutical preparations were analyzed.The characteristics of ferulic acid pharmaceutical preparations were discussed.The influencing factors of ferulic acid in pharmaceutical preparations were studied.The contents were as follows:variety and product factors,raw materials Combination mode,lift mode,etc.Finally,the content analysis and quality characterization of ferulic acid-containing pharmaceutical preparations are summarized.The contents include:thin-layer scanning,high performance liquid chromatography and high performance capillary electrophoresis.
