摘要
在研究前,要先熟悉油田含油污泥的根源,其次再比较国内外对各种含油污泥处理技术的相似点,然后给出适合油田生产需要的提案。通过离心分离技术,以调质、机械脱水、超声波脱稳等多种后续处理技术为次要的处理工艺,而且还需分析此处理工艺技术的应用方向和效益。主要探讨了油田含油污泥处理技术研究。
Before the study,we must first be familiar with the origin of the oil-bearing sludge in the oil field.Secondly,we must compare the similarities of various oil-containing sludge treatment technologies at home and abroad,and then provide a proposal that suits the production needs of the oil field.Through centrifugal separation technology,various post-processing technologies such as quenching and tempering,mechanical dewatering,and ultrasonic destabilization are secondary treatment processes,and the application direction and benefits of this treatment process technology need to be analyzed.In the following article,we will take everyone to discuss the oil field sludge treatment technology research.
