Food for the people,food makes us rely on the basis of life and development,so the safety of food is particularly important.Especially in today's society,science and technology are developing at a rapid pace,and people's economic income is getting higher and higher.More and more food processing plants are appearing in the society,and people are not only self-sufficient,but also buy more processed foods or semi-finished products.In the processing of food,whether the food is implemented in accordance with the standards set by the State Food and Drug Administration or whether the food is a product with various certificates,this is an important factor affecting food safety.This paper discusses the factors affecting the accuracy of food chemical testing,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for the accuracy of improved food chemical testing.
